Heather Laframboise

Heather is a Reiki Master, Certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner, and Meditation Teacher with a heart-centered approach to supporting others on their journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Her holistic trainings, combined with her degree in Recreational Therapy from the University of Southern Maine, provide her with a unique perspective on wellness that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from her diverse background, Heather intuitively blends various healing modalities to create personalized experiences that meet each individual where they are. In addition to offering energy work and holistic wellness experiences, Heather’s passion for learning, teaching and collaboration inspires her to create educational workshops and sacred circles—welcoming spaces where people can gather, connect, share, and explore their own paths of healing and transformation. Beyond her holistic work, Heather serves as a Memory Care Director, a role that continually reminds her of the importance of presence, compassion, and finding joy in each moment. Through this work, she is inspired by the belief that every person deserves to be seen, honored, and treated with respect, dignity, and love. Heather’s mission is to create supportive spaces where people feel empowered to connect with their inner wisdom, embrace personal growth, and celebrate the sacred journey of becoming.
