Wood & Water: An Authentic Yoga Experience
Wood & Water: An Authentic Yoga Practice
A Two-Part Series
There's a difference between a class that borrows the language of yoga and a practice that actually comes from it. This series is the second kind.
Join Dr. Jill Jyoti Satnam for two hours of movement, breath, and deep rest, built on a real, living lineage.
Each session moves through the complete arc:
๐๏ธ Om Chanting โ the traditional opening
๐ Prayer โ grounding the practice in its source
๐ฅ Vinyasa & Pranayama โ breath-linked movement and traditional breathwork, including Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari
๐ Dharma Talk โ a teaching story to carry the practice deeper
๐ง Meditation โ settling into stillness
๐ Yoga Nidra โ full guided rest, the completion of the practice
This isn't a fitness class wearing yoga's name. It's the real sequence.
