The beginner's series is back! This time we will focus on different styles of yoga so you can find your favorite; each class will also include common poses and breathing techniques.
We'll meet the following Mondays 6:30 to 7:45 pm:
May 4: Yin Style
May 11: Hatha Style
May 18: Slow Flow Vinyasa Style
$25 per class; $65 for the series.
