Each month we will gather around the time of the Full Moon to practice in community. The goal will be to reset and release habits and emotions that do not support the lives we want for ourselves. We will practice the Moon Salutation Sequence, Chandra Namaskara, a more active flow, to honor our minds, bodies, and spirits. Like the New Moon gatherings, you will receive journal prompts and a small gift to take home.
