This class combines traditional yoga poses and flows along with sequences inspired from other movement modalities such as Pilates and dance. The result of this thoughtfully designed eclectic fusion is a dynamic class with a focus on enhancing participants’ mobility and stability, plus strengthening and stretching from crown to toe! Progressive and buildable, and suitable for all levels.
