Jan 28 – Yoga for Low Back Health: Learn how to maintain a healthy lumbar curve, engage your low belly for support, and free your legs, hips, and low back from pain, stress, and strain through skillful alignment and mindful movement.
Feb 25 – Yoga for Deep Core Strength: Build stability from within by strengthening the deep layers of core muscles that support your posture. Release low back tension, hip tightness, and leg weakness.
