This is the *perfect* class if you have always wanted to try yoga but were anxious to start! Each week we will cover fundamental yoga postures, basic breathing techniques, and proper alignment in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Learn to connect movement and breath all while building strength and confidence. No flexibility or experience is needed. Just wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. All mats and props available for your use at the studio.
