In this Rest & Restore (Yin) yoga, we take gentle stretches that we hold for longer periods of time (3 to 5 minutes each) to target the connective tissues and regulate our nervous system.  This class is perfect for all levels and those feeling burned out, stressed, or overwhelmed with life.
